Community Involvement:

Steve Rosenbaum, Pop Art’s President and CEO, joined the Board of Directors of Chess For Success (http://www.chessforsuccess.org/). Chess For Success is a non-profit organization that administers after-school chess programs in all of Portland’s Title I elementary and middle schools. Chess For Success also administers the Oregon State Chess championships for elementary, middle and high school kids.

Aaron Tersteg, Pop Art's VP of Sales and Marketing, was selected as Interactive Marketing Chair for a second term by the Oregon Chapter of the American Marketing Association.

The Oregon chapter includes Portland and SW Washington with members representing diverse industries, companies and marketing functions.

Aaron was also elected to a second term as Marketing Chair for the Society of Information Management  (SIM) Portland Chapter.

Pop Art, Inc. celebrated OPB’s Annual Spring Pledge Drive in customary fashion. Pop Art staffers helped raise more than $25,000 for OPB during an early-morning shift of the pledge drive. Volunteering at OPB’s Pledge Drive has been a Pop Art tradition for the last three years.

New Clients and Projects:
Pop Art announced it was selected by Louisiana-Pacific Corporation to revamp the LP corporate web site. LP Corp selected Portland-based Pop Art after a national agency search.

Pop Art continued to build its long-standing relationship with Freightliner with several new web initiatives, including a CEO blog. Pop Art provides ongoing consulting, web development and search engine marketing services to multiple business units at Freightliner.  Freightliner selects Pop Art

Launches and Project Completions:

Pop Art is proud to announce the launch of the Certified Air Safety web site, a division of A.L. Compressed Gases located in Portland, Oregon. The new site displays a new brand identity and showcases Certified Air Safety’s different product lines and services.

Pop Art proudly announced the launch of the Blue Dragon Communications web site. The new site introduces Blue Dragon Communications, formerly Harrington & Associates Communication Training, and establishes their new brand identity.

Pop Art is proud to announce the launch of the new Reliant Behavioral Health web site. This Pop Art designed web site presents the company's breadth of services as a leading provider of managed behavioral health care and employee assistance program services.

Pop Art has completed a web site redesign for Hinds Instruments.The new site features a rich array of product information and product application examples. Visitors can view interactive demonstration to better understand the fundamentals of Polarization and Photoelastic Modulators.
