Pac/West Communications selected Pop Art to develop an interactive web solution for the Drive Less/Save More campaign. The campaign is funded by regional and state government in Oregon. This social marketing initiative, based on open source technologies, will provide drivers with tips and tools to reduce time spent driving and to encourage savings.

Chris Tacy, Vice President, Strategic Services and Accounts
Chris has spent over 10 years developing expertise in Business and Strategic Development in multiple markets and sectors. Prior to joining Pop Art, Chris was the Chief Strategy Officer at Rare Medium, a publicly traded $1.5B consulting services firm. At Rare Medium, Chris was responsible for the Strategic Services practice, Corporate Strategy and served as a General Partner in Rare Medium's $350M corporate venture fund. Chris grew to fame as a founder and President of the seminal web development boutique Fire Engine Red in San Francisco. Through his regular speaking engagements and work as a columnist for The New York Times online, Chris has become a well regarded expert and pundit. Chris is currently enjoying his role at Pop Art serving as a strategic advisor for Carrier North America Residential, Louisiana Pacific, Freightliner and Screaming Circuits.

Tom brings years of marketing, account and project management experience to the Pop Art team. Prior to joining Pop Art, Tom worked as an Account Manager and New Business Strategist at Curiosity Group, a content development and marketing agency. He has worked with clients such as Hewlett-Packard, Apple Computer and Bonfire Snowboards, working with each to create exceptional customer experiences that integrate online activities with marketing and sales goals.
