The Holidizer
To celebrate the holiday season with our community, Pop Art launched a 2009 e-card. Titled “the Holidizer,” the e-greeting allowed recipients to tag the site of their choice with a cheery animated holiday scene. Complete with seasonal sound track, the Holidizer was exposed to the world through a multi-channel social media campaign that received thousands of visits from every continent.

The Challenge
Create a unique, interactive holiday card for Pop Art’s clients and friends. During one of the busiest times of the year, inspire recipients to pass on some cyber cheer and share their delight of being “Holidized” with their online community.
Strategy
Operation: Delight and surprise. Produce a seasons greeting for our friends and colleagues with a cyber twist. Bring a traditional holiday greeting to life online with an innovative, engaging, viral experiment.
Results
Holidizer got thousands of visits from six continents, made AdFreak’s 2009 Best Holiday Cards list, Guy Kawasaki liked it, and Holidizer won the 2010 WebVisionary People’s Choice Award!
