Scratch-Its Facebook Campaign
Due to the restrictions of traditional media, the Oregon Lottery has never been able to market multiple Scratch-Its to different audiences at the same time. Pop Art strategically leveraged Facebook’s robust ad targeting system to solve this challenge through a series of different Facebook ads.
