Mobia Facebook Application

The Nautilus Mobia—a unique new fitness machine—needed an equally unique approach to new customer acquisition, so Pop Art refined the Mobia fan page to better harness Facebook's available tools to leverage existing customers' positive feedback, enhance current owners' product experience and ultimately, drive product sales. In addition, we designed a custom lead form to encourage potential customers to request more Mobia info via a free DVD kit.

The Challenge

To increase the awareness of Mobia, tout the numerous, positive testimonials of its customers, provide an easy way to order a free Mobia DVD information kit and, hopefully, increase sales.

Strategy

Create an online destination that utilizes a testimonial aggregator allowing Facebook fans to post reviews and accolades while also allowing Mobia administrators to pull in and post news, info and updates from outside sources.

Results

A significantly increased fanbase on facebook and a dedicated online community destination for customers, potential customers and Mobia to interact and connect.
