In 2006, Pop Art redesigned Carrier North America Residential’s web site with two goals: 1) help customers “Turn to the Experts” by increasing leads to local dealers; and 2) introduce a new line of energy efficient products. Through extensive user and demographic testing we were able to create a complete website that excelled at both of these goals.

The Challenge

Create a website designed to be visited by a user only once a decade, while showcasing very technical information in a pleasing and useful way.

Strategy

Through extensive paper prototyping of potential users Pop Art delivered a thorough and easy-to-use site infrastructure.

Results

The site exceeded client expectations and helped rebrand the HVAC Company as an accessible, innovative company site that visitors could relate with and enjoyed using.
