Tom Paul

COO

Tom Paul

Tom Paul is our Chief Operations Officer and a firm disciple of the “Balanced Scorecard” school of operational frameworks. He works to achieve a balanced success when creating a long-term plan for Pop Art.

This Balanced Scorecard approach requires the organization to visualize more than just financial goals when creating a long-term development plan. Tom prioritizes growing the company as a holistic entity over merely pushing out product month after month.

Through ongoing adjustment to this plan, and while continuously striving to achieve those long-term goals, Tom has helped transform Pop Art into one of the most innovative interactive advertising and marketing agencies in the industry. This allows Pop Art to bring the best and brightest minds to bear on our clients’ business needs.
