Pop Art announces the appointment of Andrew Hay to the position of Senior Software Engineer. As Senior Software Engineer, Andrew assumes a key role of responsibility within the programming and production department. In his new role, Andrew will focus on web site architecture utilizing Microsoft technologies.

The recent November 2002 elections marked success for Politikos clients, Portland's Campaign for Safe & Successful Kids (Measure 26-33) and Portland Parks Ballot Initiative (Measure 26-34). Both measures obtained the majority vote necessary to ensure adoption into law, and the campaigns have officially closed their doors.

Pop Art, previously an Oregon limited liability company (LLC), recently converted to Pop Art, Inc., an Oregon corporation. The conversion, effective October 2, 2002, allows Pop Art to implement better employee benefits and to offer increased stability to clients. The conversion also puts Pop Art in a better position should it decide to seek investment capital in the future.
