Full-time employees may enroll in Pop Art’s Personal Choice Account. The PCA (or Section 125 Plan) allows employees to use pre-tax dollars for medical, dental and vision expenses that are not otherwise covered by insurance.

Pop Art encourages its employees to enhance their current skills and talents whenever the opportunity arises. To this end, Pop Art reimburses employees fully or partially for classes, seminars, textbooks, certification exams and other learning tools relevant to Pop Art’s business environment.

Pop Art provides personal communication reimbursements, which can be used for cell phones or wireless Internet devices. Pop Art also reimburses its employees half of the cost of a home Internet connection.
