This position requires a flexible and adaptable individual who can:

  • Assist CEO and COO on projects and assignments as needed
  • Provide an excellent first impression / experience to office visitors and callers
  • Ensure that office runs like a well-oiled machine
  • Manage multiple calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Coordinate internal and external events
  • Manage travel itineraries and arrangements
  • Compile agenda and action items for meetings and track progress

Desired Experience, Skills and Attributes:

  • Prior experience in an Administrative or Executive Assistant role
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Conducts him/herself in a professional manner at all times; acts as a representative of the CEO and COO
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Coordinates meetings, events, and general happenings within the company with proactive communication
  • Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to build positive business relationships and work in a collaborative environment, strong teamwork skills, and a positive attitude
  • Good client interaction and presentation skills
  • Never afraid to ask questions
  • High initiative
  • Natural sense of urgency (sets and meets deadlines)
  • Able to adapt to different situations and work effectively with different groups of people
  • Graceful and organized under pressure, able to roll with the punches

Compensation
Salary for this position will be based on the qualifications of the applicant.
